Founder Holdings Limited disclosed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased a further 54,000 ordinary shares on 3 September 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 0.56 to HKD 0.57, for a total consideration of HKD 30,280.
Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 1.20 million shares since the current mandate commenced on 28 May 2026. The outstanding repurchased shares, which have not yet been cancelled, represent approximately 0.10% of the company’s 1.15 billion issued shares and account for 1.04% of the 115.53 million-share limit authorised by shareholders.
Despite the buy-backs, the issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,153,368,993 shares. Under Main Board Rule 10.06, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 3 October 2026.
Since the mandate began, purchase prices have ranged between HKD 0.56 and HKD 0.75 per share. All repurchases have been executed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in accordance with the listing rules.
