China Glass (03300) announced that as of October 17, 2025, the Group has reached an indicative term sheet with lenders regarding the loan financing under the proposed restructuring financing agreement (the "Proposed Restructuring"). According to the term sheet, the parties intend to restructure the loan financing under the original financing agreement and extend the final maturity date, pending the execution of a definitive agreement between the Company and the lenders. The Company will continue to negotiate with the lenders with the aim of signing the definitive agreement for the proposed restructuring as soon as possible.
