北京深演智能科技股份有限公司（02723）7月14日公告称，公司董事会已于当日决议，拟在不影响正常经营的前提下，使用预计将继续闲置一年以上的全球发售募集资金不超过人民币4亿元，用于购买安全性高、流动性好、期限不超过12个月的持牌金融机构理财产品，投资额度可在12个月投资期限内循环滚动使用。
根据公司2026年5月26日发布的最终发售价及配发结果公告，公司全球发售所得款项净额约为4.65亿港元。公司表示，进行现金管理所获收益归公司所有，不会实质影响募资按招股章程披露的既定用途及公司正常经营。
公告同时指出，如未来相关投资构成香港联交所证券上市规则第十四章须予公布交易及／或第十四A章的关联交易，公司将按要求履行相应程序。
