The aviation leasing and infrastructure company reported earnings per share (EPS) of $1.57 for Q2, surpassing the mean analyst estimate of $1.30. FTAI's revenue soared to $676.24 million, marking a substantial 52.4% increase from the same quarter last year and beating the Street's expectation of $579.18 million. The company's net income stood at an impressive $161.69 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached $347.805 million, significantly outperforming the IBES estimate of $288.7 million.

Several factors contributed to FTAI Aviation's strong quarterly performance. The company's Aerospace Products segment showed remarkable growth, with its market share increasing to approximately 9% on an annualized basis, up from 5% last year. FTAI also reported a significant ramp-up in production, delivering 184 CFM56 Modules in Q2 2025, representing a 33% increase from the previous quarter. Additionally, the company expanded its repair capabilities through the acquisition of Pacific Aerodynamic, a specialist in CFM56 compressor blade and vane repairs.

Joe Adams, Chairman and CEO, expressed confidence in the company's trajectory, stating, "FTAI delivered an excellent quarter, generating over $400 million in positive Adjusted Free Cash Flow. We remain confident in our ability to reach our long-term market share goal of 25% in aerospace products." The company also declared a dividend of $0.30 per ordinary share, further boosting shareholder value.

The strong financial results and positive outlook have resonated well with investors, as reflected in the stock's significant price increase.
