SUNEVISION (01686) announced that, in accordance with Article 152 of its amended and restated articles of association, the company's board of directors may forfeit any unclaimed dividends six years after their declaration, with such amounts reverting to the company. Accordingly, the board hereby notifies shareholders that all dividends declared on September 6, 2019 (Friday) and payable on November 26, 2019 (Tuesday), which remain unclaimed by December 29, 2025 (Monday), will be forfeited and returned to the company.
