CMOC (03993) has announced that, following the review by the seventh meeting of its board of directors and the nomination and governance committee, the board has agreed to add Mr. Peng Xuhui as a candidate for executive director of the seventh board, with his term set to run from the date of the shareholders' meeting approval until the annual shareholders' meeting of 2026. Additionally, Mr. Peng Xuhui has been appointed as the company's President and CEO, while Mr. Branko Buhavac has been appointed as Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. The terms of all appointed personnel will commence from the date of this board approval until the company's annual shareholders' meeting in 2026.
