Recently, the Investment Promotion and Business Cooperation Bureau II of Langfang Development Zone successfully resolved a heating infrastructure issue for Li Auto's delivery center through proactive on-site visits and efficient problem-solving measures.

During the early construction phase, the Li Auto delivery center faced a critical challenge due to insufficient high-power electrical wiring, preventing the installation of large-scale heating equipment. This posed a significant operational risk during winter. Recognizing the urgency, the bureau conducted an immediate on-site assessment, collaborating with the Langfang Development Zone Heating Supply Center to evaluate technical requirements. After multiple rounds of discussions, the team finalized a solution involving the construction of a heat exchange station and primary pipelines. Construction was swiftly coordinated, ensuring timely completion of the heating network and exchange station within the project's designated area.

A thorough inspection verified the functionality of heating pipelines, exchange station facilities, electrical control systems, and drainage infrastructure, ensuring compliance and seamless handover. This intervention guarantees uninterrupted winter operations for Li Auto.

Moving forward, Langfang Development Zone will continue refining its "visit-and-solve" approach, addressing enterprise pain points with precision to foster a business-friendly environment and sustainable growth.
