据媒体报道，万科正在寻求对其20亿元境内债券"22万科MTN004"的展期，该债券原定于2025年12月15日到期，票面利率3%。根据浦发银行发布的公告，万科将于12月10日召开持有人会议审议展期事项。
这是万科年内第二笔即将到期的境内债，另一笔37亿元债券"22万科MTN005"将于12月28日到期。目前万科年内到期或行权的境内外公开债务合计约362.4亿元，大股东深铁集团已累计提供308亿元借款支持。
