北京汽车于2015年度实现收入约1,640.47亿元，相比2014年的1,924.96亿元下降14.8%。同期销售成本为1,450.35亿元，使毛利下降至190.12亿元，较上年减少38.4%。在主要经营费用及其他项目影响下，除所得税前利润为96.98亿元，所得税费用为39.22亿元，年度利润为57.77亿元。

归属于母公司股东的年度利润为1.23亿元，相比上一年度的9.56亿元减少87.2%，每股基本收益为人民币0.02元。非控股性权益部分利润为56.54亿元。当期外汇收益或亏损及财务费用等亦对整体盈利状况产生一定影响。

截至2015年末，公司总资产为1,665.05亿元，其中非流动资产905.70亿元，流动资产759.35亿元；总负债894.20亿元，包括流动负债798.82亿元与非流动负债95.38亿元；净资产为770.85亿元，其中归属于母公司所有者权益579.45亿元，非控股性权益191.40亿元。年末持有现金及现金等价物233.66亿元，应收票据及应收账款149.02亿元，其他预付款项及应收款亦在流动资产中有所体现。

公司仍以乘用车的研发、制造、销售及售后服务为主要收入来源。2015年收入及毛利均出现不同程度下降，归属于母公司股东的利润也明显减少，主要受市场竞争加剧、价格波动和销量下滑等因素影响。尽管业绩承压，公司于期末仍持有一定规模的现金及资产储备，为后续经营活动提供资金支持。
