Kangda Food (00834) has announced that its board of directors has proposed to change the company's English name from "China Kangda Food Company Limited" to "Shengrong Holding Ltd." and its Chinese name from "中国康大食品有限公司" to "盛融控股有限公司" (collectively referred to as the "proposed company name change").
