时装零售业务持续经营挑战突出，管理层在综合评估后决定不再续租旗下最后一间店铺，并于2025年11月30日前后终止该业务。该业务此前年度持续亏损，但截至2025年9月30日止九个月录得少量盈利。随着该板块的退出，集团将更专注于显达土地的未来发展，并将委聘专业顾问评估潜在方案，以进一步提升资源分配效率。
