C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) announced that on January 26, 2026, the company's major shareholder, Mr. Sha Tao, acquired a total of 3.911 million ordinary shares of the company in the open market at an average price of approximately HK$1.20 per share, representing about 0.58% of the company's issued share capital.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Sha is deemed to be interested in a total of 160 million shares, which, as of the date of this announcement, constitutes approximately 23.77% of the company's total issued share capital.
The Board of Directors believes that Mr. Sha's further voluntary acquisition of shares through market purchases demonstrates his confidence in the long-term development prospects of the Group.
