亿胜生物科技有限公司于2026年8月3日披露截至2026年7月31日的股份变动月报，报告显示当月完成350,000股股份购回并转为库存股，整体股本保持稳定。
公司注册股本维持在1,000,000,000股普通股，面值为每股HKD 0.1，合计HKD 100,000,000，上月与本月均未发生变动。
截至2026年7月31日，已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由上月底的566,000,000股减少至565,650,000股；库存股份由1,006,000股增加至1,356,000股，总股份数维持在567,006,000股。本月购回股份于2026年7月2日进行，价格为HKD 2.5586，回购后即转为库存股份，暂无注销安排。
此外，公司根据2023年6月9日股东大会通过的购股权计划，本月至今未涉及新股发行，截至本月底该计划下仍可行使的股份合计57,064,900股。公司确认其公众持股量已符合香港联交所的相关规定。
