As of 11:00 AM on the 7th, four fatalities and eight missing persons have been reported in Hengzhou City. Statistics indicate 84,700 people were affected in Hengzhou, with 54,468 requiring evacuation; 53,808 have been urgently relocated, and the remaining 660 are being organized for evacuation in batches, expected to be completed today. In Binyang County, 8,606 people were affected, with all 8,150 requiring evacuation having been urgently relocated and settled.
