Capital Management Flexibility • A general mandate allowing the board to issue new shares up to 20 % of issued share capital (approximately 498.48 million shares) passed with 99.97 % support. • A parallel mandate to repurchase up to 10 % of issued shares (about 249.24 million shares) secured full backing. • Conditional extension of the issue mandate by the amount of repurchased shares was similarly endorsed with 99.97 % approval.
