德银天下股份有限公司（02418）8月7日发布盈利预警称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月的净利润约为人民币30.0百万元至40.0百万元，较2025年同期的91.7百万元下降约56%至67%。
公司表示，利润下滑主要由于两方面因素：一是2026年上半年国内金融服务及供应链物流行业竞争加剧，公司调整商务政策后整体毛利率低于去年同期；二是公司基于谨慎性考虑，提高了对个别单一客户应收账款的信用减值准备，拖累整体利润表现。
德银天下指出，以上数据基于董事会对集团未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，未经核数师审阅。公司计划于2026年8月底公布正式中期业绩。
