Skymission Completes HK$32.32 Million Share Placement, Enlarges Share Base by 20%

Skymission Group Holdings Limited has finalised the placement of 320.00 million new shares under its general mandate, fulfilling all conditions of the Placing Agreement on 8 September 2026. The new shares, priced at HK$0.101 each, generated gross proceeds of HK$32.32 million and net proceeds of approximately HK$31.70 million after fees.

Proceeds allocation: 50% of the net funds will be directed to settle trade and other payables, while the remaining 50% is earmarked for staff costs.

Post-placement, Skymission’s issued share capital has risen to 1.92 billion shares from 1.60 billion, diluting existing holdings by about 16.67%. Majority shareholder Liangpin International Holdings Limited—wholly owned by Chairman and CEO Mr. Zou Feng—saw its stake fall from 53.33% to 44.44%. The newly introduced placees collectively hold 16.67%, with no individual placee becoming a substantial shareholder. Other public shareholders now own 38.89%, down from 46.67% previously.

The transaction was arranged through an independent placing agent, and all placees are classified as Independent Third Parties under Hong Kong listing regulations.
