住宅项目收入从上一财年的1.355亿港元大幅下降至2,546万港元；非住宅项目收入约为8,047万港元，上年同期则为1.634亿港元。公告提及，私营部门基建与商业项目的施工延后及整体市场需求疲弱，是收入收缩的主要原因。
