Link Holdings (08237) has disclosed that its controlling shareholder reduced its stake through a market transaction, according to a recent company announcement.
The board was informed by Ace Kingdom Enterprises Corporation (Ace Kingdom) that between September 3 and September 4, 2026, the entity sold a total of 6.708 million issued shares via on-market trades on the Stock Exchange platform. The disposal was executed at an average price of approximately HK$0.54 per share, representing about 3.33% of the company's total issued shares as of the announcement date.
The sale was conducted on the open market. Following all reasonable inquiries, the company stated that it has no knowledge of the identities or principal business activities of the counterparties involved in the transaction.
Immediately after the disposal, Ace Kingdom's shareholding decreased from 97.7256 million shares, representing roughly 48.61% of the total issued shares, to 91.0176 million shares, which accounts for approximately 45.28% of the total issued shares.
As of the announcement date, Ace Kingdom is owned by Boomerang Investment Limited, Mr. Guo Erche, Billion Supreme Holdings Limited, and Mr. Yuen Lai Him (a non-executive director), with respective stakes of 36%, 35%, 20%, and 9%. Boomerang Investment Limited is ultimately owned by Mr. Wong Chun Hung (a non-executive director), Mr. Wong Hoi Cheung, and Mr. Lui Tin Shun (an executive director), holding 50%, 25%, and 25%, respectively. Billion Supreme Holdings Limited is ultimately owned by Mr. Hui Ngai and Mr. Ng Tin Wai, with 75% and 25% interests, respectively. Additionally, Mr. Yuen Lai Him, Mr. Wong Hoi Cheung, Mr. Lui Tin Shun, and Mr. Chiu Kung Chik (a non-executive director) serve as directors of Ace Kingdom.
