中裕能源（股票代码：03633）于2026年7月7日于香港联交所场内回购股份68万股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0252%。每股回购价格介乎2.64港元至2.69港元，总金额约181.68万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）由27.00225157亿股减少至26.99545157亿股，库藏股数量增加至4876万股，总发行股本仍维持不变。
本次股份回购基于2026年6月26日通过的购回授权，公司可根据该授权回购最多2.70560515亿股。目前，已根据购回授权累计购回股份数目约606万股，占授权通过时公司已发行股本的约0.224%。公司方面确认，其在此次回购过程中已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律与监管规定。公告由董事吕小强签署。
