TANWAN repurchases 161,400 shares on-market, raising treasury holdings to 11.73 million

Tanwan Inc. (incorporated in the Cayman Islands), listed in Hong Kong, disclosed a share buyback executed on 27 April 2026.

The company repurchased 161,400 ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HKD 15.56 to HKD 15.84, with a volume-weighted average of approximately HKD 15.65. The cash outlay amounted to HKD 2.53 million.

After the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.03 % to 522.71 million. Treasury shares rose to 11.73 million, while total issued shares remained at 534.44 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 19 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 53.31 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 10.35 million shares, equivalent to 1.94 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Tanwan is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 27 May 2026.
