船舶追踪数据提供商Kpler分析师估算，在"史诗狂怒"行动启动前，约有1.35亿桶俄罗斯原油滞留海上。截至上周五，该数字已降至1.21亿桶，显示亚洲买家正快速吸纳俄油并转运至岸上。
尽管难以精确统计已售出规模，但Kpler资深原油分析师纳文·达斯指出，本月日均至少有400万桶俄油在港口完成卸货。
上周五美国临时允许各国采购已装船的俄罗斯原油。此前美国已向印度——俄罗斯原油最大买家之一——发放采购俄油的豁免许可。
