Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the repurchase of 35,000 ordinary shares on Jun, 22 2026 at a price of US$62.5235 per share.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital comprises 294,638,676 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, with no shares held in treasury.
