Aureole Halo Limited（要约人）与Rimbaco Group Global Limited（RIMBACO，01953）联合公告称，将延迟寄发有关强制性无条件现金要约的综合文件。
根据收购守则规则8.2，综合文件原应于2026年4月24日联合公告日期后21日内（即2026年5月15日或之前）寄发予股东。公告指出，由于需要额外时间落实综合文件所载的招银国际融资有限公司及光银国际资本有限公司函件，以及独立财务顾问函件，其中独立财务顾问需更多时间收集资料，并就预期于2026年6月初或前后刊发的RIMBACO截至2026年4月30日止六个月中期业绩进行全面分析，要约人已申请延长寄发截止日期。
要约人已根据收购守则规则8.2向执行人员申请将寄发综合文件的截止日期延至不迟于2026年6月9日，执行人员已表示有意授出有关同意。RIMBACO将根据收购守则及上市规则，于适当时候就寄发综合文件另行刊发公告。
