Daohe Global Group Limited (00915) reported no changes to its authorized and issued share capital for the month ended 31 October 2025. The company’s authorized share capital remains at 3,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.013333333333 each, totaling USD 40,000,000. As of the end of October, 1,509,592,701 ordinary shares were issued, unchanged from the prior month.
