万励达（08482）8月6日公告称，原定于2026年8月6日或之前寄发的有关根据特定授权认购新股份之关联交易通函将延期，新的预期寄发日期为2026年8月20日或之前。\n\n公司表示，由于需要额外时间落实通函所载若干资料，故作出上述调整。该通函将载有：(i)认购协议及其项下拟进行交易的进一步详情；(ii)独立董事委员会致独立股东的意见函；(iii)独立财务顾问致独立董事委员会及独立股东的意见函；以及(iv)股东特别大会通告。\n\n此前，公司已于2026年7月16日发布关于认购事项的公告。根据最新公告，董事会成员包括两名执行董事吕克宜及渠天芸，两名非执行董事李绍棠及邱东成，以及三名独立非执行董事温新辉、周志荣及谭志明。公告同时重申，各董事确认公告内容在各重要方面均准确、完整且无误导成份，并于刊发之日起在香港交易所网站及公司网站保留至少七日。
