CH AGRI-PROD EX (00149): Luo Xuying Reassigned as Non-Executive Director

Ms. Luo Xuying, an Executive Director of CH AGRI-PROD EX (00149), has been reassigned to the role of Non-Executive Director, effective January 2, 2026.
Following this reassignment, Ms. Luo has also been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee and will step down from her position on the Executive Committee, with these changes taking effect on January 2, 2026.
Concurrent with Ms. Luo's reassignment, Mr. Liang Ruihua will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee.
He will continue in his current roles as an Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, legal representative, and member of the Executive Committee.
