润华服务(02455)日前公告，董事会于2026年6月16日决议宣派特别股息，每股普通股0.05港元，派息总额约1500万港元。
特别股息将以现金派付，派息日为2026年7月21日（星期二）或前后。权益登记日定为2026年7月6日（星期一），届时营业时间结束时名列股东名册的股东，将有权获派该特别股息。
为厘定股东获派资格，公司将于2026年7月2日（星期四）至7月6日（星期一）（含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。股东须于2026年6月30日（星期二）下午4时30分前，将相关过户文件及股票送达公司的香港股份过户登记分处，以完成登记。
