On October 30, JD HEALTH announced during a media event with Yuwell Medical that it has introduced more than 20 new medical devices this year as a global online launch platform. These include Yuwell’s 5th-generation CGM, with sales during the 11.11 shopping festival growing over 100% year-on-year.

Yu Haocai, Deputy General Manager and E-commerce Head of Yuwell Medical, emphasized that JD HEALTH is not just a sales channel but a comprehensive ecosystem partner. "JD HEALTH’s innovations in internet hospitals and medical AI align with our goals as a medical device company. We aim to leverage JD’s digital healthcare management services to enhance user glucose monitoring and improve consumer experiences."

Yu highlighted the collaboration on a JD-customized CGM device, integrated with JD HEALTH’s AI-powered "Kangkang Glucose" assistant and the "Jingyi Qianxun" medical AI model 2.0. The device connects via Bluetooth to the JD HEALTH App for real-time analysis, offering end-to-end glucose management—from monitoring to intervention. It provides alerts for abnormal levels and connects users with JD’s nationwide network of top-tier hospital doctors, nurses, and nutritionists for personalized care.

Ahead of 11.11, JD HEALTH and Yuwell used historical sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and logistics. JD’s nationwide smart warehousing ensured faster deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction and competitive efficiency.

Yu noted growing demand for preventive healthcare, with consumers actively monitoring blood pressure and glucose levels, driving rapid growth in related products.

JD HEALTH plans to expand AI-driven health management into blood pressure, ECG, respiratory, and sleep monitoring, collaborating with partners to build an integrated "hardware-software-service-ecosystem" for accessible healthcare.
