北京燃气蓝天（06828）7月31日公告称，董事会接纳陈双双女士自2026年7月31日起辞任公司秘书及根据香港联交所《上市规则》第3.05条及《公司条例》第16部的授权代表职务。
同日起，执行董事杨硕轩先生被聘任为公司秘书及《公司条例》第16部项下的授权代表。公开资料显示，杨硕轩先生现年40岁，自2022年7月1日起担任公司执行董事，负责集团财务、法律及合规事务，并拥有逾15年在四大会计师事务所及香港上市公司从事企业财务与审计的经验。
此外，陈双双女士离任后，执行董事李宪宁先生获委任为公司根据《上市规则》第3.05条的授权代表，任命同样自2026年7月31日起生效。
董事会对陈双双女士在任期间的贡献表示感谢，并欢迎杨硕轩先生和李宪宁先生履新。
