本次回购股份将作为库藏股持有。据公告显示，截至2026年8月6日，公司已发行股本(不包括库藏股)降至5.65亿股，库藏股数量增至154.7万股，已发行股份总数维持约5.67亿股。公司确认上述交易已遵守香港联合交易所的《证券上市规则》及相关法律规定。
公告指出，此次回购基于股东于2026年5月26日通过的购回授权进行，该授权可供回购的股份总数为5670.06万股，截至本次回购后，公司累计已回购154.7万股，占授权当日已发行股本的约0.27284%。本公告由董事方海洲签署。公司并表示，本次回购相关程序均已合法合规办理。
