MACAU LEGEND (01680) announced that all conditions for the capital reorganization as outlined in the circular have been fulfilled. This includes the approval of the special resolution for the capital reorganization at the extraordinary general meeting and the registration of the share capital reduction with the Bermuda Registrar of Companies. The capital reorganization will take effect on December 29, 2025. The new shares will commence trading at 9:00 AM (Hong Kong Time) on the same day.
