A key pillar of the blueprint focuses on accelerating the development of cross-border logistics services using low-altitude airspace within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Leveraging the combined industrial strengths and geographic advantages of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong intends to build on successful trials already conducted with mainland cities in the region.
