South Manganese Keeps Share Base Steady at 4.94 Billion in March, Public Float Meets HKEX Rule

South Manganese Investment Limited filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 April 2026, covering equity movements for the month ended 31 March 2026.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued shares also showed no movement: 4,936.98 million ordinary shares were outstanding at both the beginning and end of March. The company held no treasury shares during the period.

The issuer confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, depositary receipts, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the month.
