此外，人工智能（AI）算力需求为行业增长注入强劲动力。AI服务器耗硅量达传统服务器的3.8倍，SUMCO预计AI对先进制程12英寸硅片的需求高达每月100万片，导致供需格局全面趋紧。韩国海关最新数据也显示，受全球AI热潮推动，6月前10天芯片出口额同比激增逾两倍，达到110亿美元，进一步印证了行业基本面的强劲势头。在半导体板块此前经历超跌后，这些积极因素共同推动了板块的反弹，而SOXL作为三倍追踪费城半导体指数的杠杆产品，其涨幅被显著放大。
