中国旺旺控股有限公司（股票代码：00151）于2026年9月2日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日于香港联交所场内回购股份300万股，占公司已发行股本约0.0256%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币2.985元至3.02元，涉资约901.73万港元。
公告显示，经上述回购后，公司于2026年9月2日的已发行股本仍为117.33723135亿股，库藏股维持0股。公司此前于2026年8月25日取得购回股份的授权，可在不超过11.73692313亿股额度内进行市场回购。截至目前，公司已在香港联交所及其他交易所累计回购股份1700万股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.1448%。本次回购完成后，公司依法在2026年10月2日之前暂不可发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股。
公司表示，本次股份回购已经符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司董事黎康仪签署。
