公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量变为5,686,077,043股，库存股份增至124,415,000股，公司已发行股份总数保持在5,810,492,043股。回购授权的决议于2026年5月12日获通过，公司可根据该授权回购最多596,449,204股，截至目前已根据相关授权累计回购254,515,000股。
