新股首日 | 吉宏股份涨超60%，成交额1.93亿港元
5月27日，吉宏股份首日高开高走，现涨超60%，成交额1.93亿港元。
吉宏股份公布招股结果，香港公开发售接获49.39倍认购，一手(500股)中签率50%，认购6,000股获稳派一手。按回补机制，公开发售股份已增至2,037.3万股，占发售总数30%。国际配售录得1.62倍认购。最终发售价7.68港元，近下限定价，集资净额4.15亿港元。股份预期今日(27日)上市。
值得注意的是，根据《上海证券交易所沪港通业务实施办法》的有关规定，吉宏股份是首家上市即纳入港股通的A+H公司。
上交所昨日发布沪港通下港股通标的调整通知。因深圳证券交易所上市公司吉宏股份(002803.SZ)在港交所上市H股 JIHONG CO(02603) ，且其H股不适用价格稳定期机制，相应A股上市已满10个交易日。依据《上海证券交易所沪港通业务实施办法》相关规定，沪港通下港股通标的名单作出调整，自下一港股通交易日起生效。吉宏股份(代码 02603，英文简称 JIHONG CO )被调入沪港通下港股通标的名单。
