BOC Hong Kong Appoints Liu Chang as Chief Financial Officer

Liu Chang has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of BOC Hong Kong (02388). Ms. Liu joined the bank in 2016 and has now assumed the role of Group CFO. Since January 2016, she has held various positions within the Group's Financial Management Department, including Head of Management Reporting and Analysis, Head of Corporate Planning and Budgeting, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager. She also temporarily oversaw treasury operations and was promoted to her current role in April 2026. Liu Chang possesses extensive experience in financial management and is well-versed in the operational management of Bank of China's head office and its domestic and overseas branches. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
