CIPRUN TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED, formerly known as Cybernaut International Holdings Company Limited, has changed its English name to Ciprun Technology Holdings Company Limited. The new Chinese secondary name is “中細軟科技控股有限公司,” replacing the previous name “賽伯樂國際控股有限公司.” The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 16 December 2025, and the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong further confirmed the registration on 16 January 2026.

The company’s stock short name will be changed to “CIPRUN TECH” in English and “中細軟科技” in Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange starting from 9:00 a.m. on 23 January 2026. The stock code remains 01020. The corporate website has been updated from “www.cybernaut.com.hk” to “www.cipruntech.com,” effective from the date of the announcement on 20 January 2026.

The new logo reflects the updated identity, though existing share certificates bearing the former name and logo remain valid as legal evidence of title. No exchange of existing certificates is required, and future certificates will be issued under the new company name and logo. These changes do not affect shareholders’ rights or the company’s daily operations.
