2月20日，澳大利亚医疗巨头Ramsay Health Care Ltd发布公告称，公司已完成对旗下法国子公司Ramsay Santé股权结构的全面战略评估。根据决议，集团计划通过实物分派方式，将所持Ramsay Santé股份按比例分配给现有股东。这项剥离举措将有效简化集团架构，强化核心业务战略定位。
据悉，该股权分派方案预计将于2026年第四季度正式执行。与此同时，集团决定终止与Ramsay Santé第二大股东法国农业信贷保险公司的股东协议——后者目前持有Ramsay Santé 39.82%的股权。此次战略调整标志着Ramsay Health Care将进一步聚焦亚太地区核心业务，而Ramsay Santé则将获得更独立的运营空间。
