OCEAN LINE PORT's subsidiary has entered into a significant contract for the procurement and installation of new equipment.

This contract, valued at approximately RMB 38.47 million, was signed between Chi Zhou Hai Shun and a designated contractor on June 2, 2026.

Chi Zhou Hai Shun is a subsidiary in which OCEAN LINE PORT indirectly holds a 43.2% effective equity stake.

The contractor will be responsible for the equipment construction work at the Jiangkou Terminal Phase IV project.

The project site is located within the Jiangkou Port Area of the Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province, China.

The scope of work under the contract includes the design, production, installation, commissioning, provision of technical documentation, and inspection for various pieces of equipment.

This equipment comprises two ship loaders, seven belt conveyors, and associated ancillary facilities.

The ancillary facilities include one forklift, two belt weighers, two electric hoists, and one set of belt conveyor control systems.
