Xiamen Jihong Co., Ltd. (Jihong Co.) has called its 2026 Fourth Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, at the 38th Floor, Yuzhou Plaza, No. 55 Hubin South Road, Siming District, Xiamen, PRC.

Key matters to be voted on:

1. Profit distribution plan for the first half of 2026. 2. Amendments to the company’s “System for the Administration of Proceeds from Capital Raising Activities”. 3. Amendments to the Articles of Association (special resolution).

Voting & attendance:

• All resolutions will be decided by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4). • Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; proxies are not required to be shareholders. • Valid proxy forms must be lodged with the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 2:30 p.m. on 7 September 2026 (24 hours before the meeting). • The H-share register will be closed from 3 to 8 September 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 2 September 2026 for shareholders to qualify to vote.

Logistics:

• Shareholders and proxies must present valid identification at the venue. • Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs.

The Board currently consists of Executive Director and Chairwoman Ms. Zhuang Hao; Executive Directors Mr. Zhang Heping, Mr. Zhuang Shu, and Mr. Lu Tashan; Employee Representative Director Ms. Bai Xueting; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Zhang Guoqing, Professor Alfred Sit Wing Hang, Mr. Tang Yi Hoi, and Mr. Cai Qinghui.
