晋商银行股份有限公司（下称“晋商银行”）3月3日披露的2026年2月股份变动月报表显示，截至2026年2月28日，公司股本结构保持稳定，当月无新增发行、购回或注销股份活动。
晋商银行于公告中列明，普通股H股（股票代码：02558）上月底已发行股份为9.7065亿股，本月底维持9.7065亿股；内资股上月底已发行股份为48.68亿股，本月底仍为48.68亿股。报告期内，两类股份均未发生数量变化，公司已发行股本总数保持在58.3865亿股水平。
同时，月报显示公司不存在股份期权、购回股份或库藏股等情况，也无可换股票据及权证方面的新增或变动。晋商银行确认已遵照香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求，足够的公众持股量得到维持。
