The board of Imagi International Holdings Limited (IMAGI INT'L) announced a further delay in sending its shareholder circular related to the previously disclosed Subscription Agreement.

The circular—which will include full details of the Subscription Agreement, other information required under the Listing Rules, and the notice of the Special General Meeting—was originally scheduled for dispatch by 31 July 2026. Due to the need for additional time to compile and incorporate required information, the company now expects to distribute the document on or before 30 September 2026.

The board is chaired by Mr. Han Xuyang and currently comprises four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
