3. 治理安排公告指出，由于余涌先生同时担任董事会主席及首席执行官，公司的领导架构与《上市规则》附录C1守则条文第C.2.1条关于两职分离的建议存在偏离。董事会表示，当前架构可提供一致且有力的领导，并将持续评估其有效性。

截至本公告日，阿里健康董事会由3名执行董事（余涌、沈涤凡、盛梦月）、1名非执行董事（黄佼佼）及3名独立非执行董事（黄一绯、邵蓉、吴亦泓）组成。
