根据公告，本次共回购6000股普通股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.000316%，每股回购价格介乎人民币124.90元至124.95元，合计支付约74.96万元人民币。回购完成后，公司已发行股本由2026年8月10日时的1,898,651,610股下降至1,898,645,610股，库藏股则由17,845,761股升至17,851,761股，已发行股本总数维持在1,916,497,371股不变。
公司表示，本次回购过程已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关适用法律法规。公告由董事长兼执行董事李钢签署。
