2026年8月21日，快手-W（股票代码：01024）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2026年8月20日及8月21日分别回购881.5万股及441.5万股B类普通股，涉及总股数1323万股，总占已发行股本分别约为0.2037%及0.102%。其中，每股回购均价约分别为33.9663港元及33.9835港元，合计耗资约4.49亿港元。
除回购外，快手-W于2026年8月21日基于首次公开发售前员工持股计划行使期权，发行2.3076万股B类普通股，发行价为每股0.3273港元，占办理前公司已发行股本约0.0005%。本次股份发行完成后，公司已发行股本由36.64055928亿股增至36.64079004亿股。
根据公告，快手-W已于2026年6月25日通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为4.32690765亿股。截至目前，累计回购股份2552.72万股，占购回授权获通过当日公司已发行股本约0.59%。公司确认上述发行及回购均已取得董事会正式授权，并遵守了相关上市规则及法律法规的规定。
