MINIEYE (02431) announced that on September 3, 2025, the company officially entered into a framework cooperation agreement with China Post Group Corporation Shenzhen Branch (Shenzhen Post) and Shenzhen Eastern Public Transport Co., Ltd. (Eastern Public Transport). The three parties will leverage their respective resource and channel advantages, focusing on two core scenarios of "logistics + public transport," with the company serving as the technology and product supplier, Shenzhen Post providing scenario implementation support, and Eastern Public Transport acting as the unmanned vehicle platform provider to enhance public resource utilization efficiency.

According to the cooperation agreement, the three parties will build upon their core resources and channel advantages, using business synergy as a connecting link to deeply explore cross-sector cooperation entry points and establish long-term stable, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.

The cooperation will advance in four key directions:

1. Labor Employment Collaborative Innovation: Establishing a cross-industry human resource sharing platform to promote skill exchange and flexible job mobility among employees of the three parties, achieving value recreation of human resources.

2. Integrated Application of Unmanned Logistics Vehicles and Public Transport: Innovating the integration mechanism between public transport networks and urban delivery systems, building an intensive and efficient urban freight application system to effectively reduce corporate transportation costs and explore urban unmanned logistics scenario applications.

3. Compound Utilization of Transit Station Spaces: Systematically integrating compound functions such as logistics distribution, convenience services, and energy supply to activate the space value of transit facilities.

4. Scenario Expansion Cooperation: Jointly building city-level integrated innovation test fields to comprehensively provide effective cooperation models for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and resource utilization for the industry and society-wide logistics systems.

The three parties each possess distinct advantages in relevant fields with strong complementarity, establishing a solid cooperation foundation, extensive collaboration areas, and broad development prospects. This cooperation aims to break traditional industry barriers and achieve dual enhancement of logistics efficiency and public resource utilization rates.

The Board of Directors believes that by signing this cooperation agreement, complementary advantages in resources and technology can be realized. First, based on the Group's L1-L4 full-dimension intelligent driving technical capabilities and accumulated pre-production experience built over many years, combined with Shenzhen Post's scenario implementation support and Eastern Public Transport's public transit resource unmanned vehicle platform reuse mechanism, redundant costs in warehousing and transportation can be effectively reduced. Second, this cooperation will provide low-cost, highly adaptable solutions for large-scale implementation of urban unmanned logistics scenarios, helping the three parties jointly build city-level "logistics + public transport" integrated innovation test fields and providing replicable cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement samples for the entire industry.
