杭州泰格医药科技股份有限公司(03347)4月30日发布末期股息更新公告，公司拟就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期普通股息，每10股派发现金红利1.26元人民币（含税），该方案尚需经6月2日召开的股东大会批准。
此次分派的预设派发货币为港元，具体港元金额及所涉汇率有待后续公布。除净日、暂停办理股份过户登记手续日期及权益登记日等关键时间节点亦将另行确定，股息派发日则定于2026年7月31日。
代扣所得税安排方面，对于投资深圳证券交易所泰格医药A股的非居民企业及非个人居民，公司将按10%税率代扣所得税；内地个人投资者通过港股通投资公司H股股票，其股息将以人民币派发，并按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者则不代扣，由企业自行申报缴纳。
